Host a room, let the countdown fill the empty seats with bots, and then race the tunnel with real players and ghosts together.

Always-on map aid: the corner map shows a glow around you and the trail you have already walked.
Hold M: your arm lifts a mobile map showing only the collected map pieces.
Live room: create on this device, share the room code, and the round starts when the countdown ends.
Use python serve.py to host network play. Solo mode still works from the file.
